We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
If your location is outside the UK, we do not currently offer shipping to your region.
2. Product Pricing & Currency
All prices shown on our website are final and displayed in GBP (£).
Your final payment amount will always be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.
3. Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
There are no shipping charges, handling fees, or minimum purchase requirements.

5. Order Cut-Off Time
Our operations follow Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
6. Order Processing Time
All orders undergo quality inspection and secure packaging.

1–2 Business Days (Monday–Saturday)
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
7. Delivery Time
United Kingdom:
3–5 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.
8. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

11. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

12. Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Klowe is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
13. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
14. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible.

15. Lost or Delayed Packages
A shipment may be considered lost if it has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch.
If this occurs:

Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, the order is considered fulfilled.
We will assist in investigations where necessary, but we are not responsible for loss after confirmed delivery.
