Klowe 5-Year Warranty Terms

At Klowe, we are committed to producing high-quality jewelry designed to last. All Klowe jewelry purchased directly from the official Klowe website is covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty Against Tarnish and Manufacturing Defects.
This warranty provides protection against specific product faults under normal intended use and is offered in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Warranty Period
The Klowe Limited Warranty is valid for five (5) years from the delivery date of the product, as confirmed by the order tracking information.
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased through the official Klowe website.
Proof of purchase, such as an order number or purchase confirmation, may be required to validate a warranty claim.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers eligible issues resulting from manufacturing defects or material faults, including:

3. What Is Not Covered

4. Personalised and Custom Items
Personalised or custom-made products are covered under the same warranty only for eligible manufacturing defects and material faults.
However, the warranty does not cover issues related to personalisation choices, such as:

Incorrect initials, names, dates, or wording provided during ordering

Design or customisation selections chosen by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring all customisation details are correct before placing an order.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request a warranty review, customers must submit a warranty claim through the Klowe warranty claim form.
The following information may be required:

Our customer care team typically reviews warranty claims within 24–48 hours.
If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or the applicable remedy.
6. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
If a warranty claim is approved, customers may be required to return the item to our service centre for inspection.
Depending on the circumstances of the claim, Klowe may:

7. Replacement Products
