5-Year Tarnish & Manufacturing Warranty

Every Klowe piece is designed for lasting wear. Our 5-Year Warranty covers eligible tarnish and manufacturing defects for five years from the date your order is delivered, giving you added confidence in your purchase.

What the 5-year warranty means

This warranty applies for a period of 5 years from delivery and covers eligible issues relating to tarnishing and manufacturing defects under normal intended use. If a valid claim is approved, Klowe may provide a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Before submitting a claim

Please have your order number and clear photos of the item ready. Claims are reviewed individually to confirm whether the issue is covered under the warranty terms.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law and does not affect those rights.

What’s covered

  • Tarnishing or discoloration caused by a fault in materials or finishing
  • Manufacturing defects in clasps, links, chains, or stone settings
  • Structural faults that occur during normal intended wear
  • Defects in workmanship present after delivery or developing through normal use
Claims are assessed based on product condition, usage, and the nature of the fault reported.

What’s not covered

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Scratches, dents, bent components, or breakage caused by impact
  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, water exposure, or improper care
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear from extended heavy use
  • Any modification or repair carried out by a third party
If the issue is not covered, our support team may still be able to offer a goodwill solution where possible.

Personalised items

  • Personalised and custom-made items are covered for eligible tarnish and manufacturing defects only
  • The warranty does not cover spelling mistakes, initials, names, dates, or other customisation details submitted by the customer

Claim review & outcome

  • Claims are usually reviewed within 24–48 hours
  • We may request additional photos or order details before approving a claim
  • If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the issue and stock availability
Replacement items or goodwill resolutions do not create a new warranty period unless stated otherwise in the full terms.
