Promo Code Usage & Eligibility

Returns on Promotional Orders

  • If a promotion required a minimum spend, and returned items bring your order below that threshold, the discount value may be deducted from your refund.

  • If a free gift was part of the promotion, it must also be returned, or its retail value may be deducted from your refund.
