At Klowe, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
1. Cancellation Window (Before Dispatch)
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, orders are processed and prepared for dispatch and may no longer be cancelled before shipping

3. After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched:

It cannot be cancelled before delivery

You may return the item once received in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
4. Your Right to Cancel (After Delivery)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it has already been dispatched.

You then have 14 days to return the item

A full refund will be issued in line with our Return Policy
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

8. Klarna Orders
If you paid using Klarna:

Your payment plan will be cancelled once your order is cancelled

Klarna may take a few days to update your account
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring order details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses if changes are requested after the 24-hour window.
